The fourth and final instalment of my series of street photography shots taken during the Pride Cymru parade through Cardiff a few weeks ago, the other posts in this series can be found here; One, Two & Three. Hopefully you’ll enjoy these as much as I enjoyed taking them.
As with all of the previous photos these are taken with my Olympus OM-1 using either a 50mm Auto Zuiko 1:1.8 or Vivitar 28mm 1:2.8 lens on Fomapan Classic 100 monochrome film.
50mm f 5.6 1/125th sec. Check out the face of the bearded guy on the far left, he doesn’t look please does he?
50mm f 5.6 1/125th sec. Like the motion blur of the drumstick here.
50mm f 5.6 1/125th sec. Notice the boy, not part of anything going on around here and yet drawn into the centre of the image.
50mm f8 1/125th sec. As I’ve previously said, parade’s like this bring out characters, these guys especially. What may not be visible here is that the guy in the helmet is holding the other guy on a leash.
50mm f 8 1/1000th sec.
