Street Photography Workshop

At the start of the month I attended a street photography workshop that was being run by Jessops and Panasonic, I’m going to count it as being able to cross off my resolutions list as attending a photo meet up as essentially that’s what it was, a load of camera geeks in a room talking shop and playing with toys before heading out and using them in the real world. Street Photography – Olympus OM-D EM-5; 78

Welcome to another edition of my long running street photography series, as always these are all taken with my Olympus OM-D EM-5 and either 25mm Panasonic Leica Summilux or 17mm M.Zuiko lenses. Comment away and enjoy.

Misty Evening

It was a misty day and the evening was no different when I left the office, visibility was practically zero as you can see from this image and I could just about see the figure walking a few feet ahead of me about to disappear into the fog. I like how they’re just about still visible but also how the artificial lights slightly burn through and light up the air around them,. This photo I especially like as it represents a time that is unlikely to be repeated, I no longer work anywhere near this location.
