Street Photography – Olympus OM-D EM-5; Eight

Another instalment of the Olympus OM-D EM-5 Street Photography series, although perhaps one of these barely falls into the category since it’s not technically on a street. All with 17mm Zuiko lens.

Fans ; One

A new, and relatively short, series of posts to go alongside the usual street photography one’s that are picking up pace now. These are going to feature solely photo’s taken of fan’s during the build up to the France v Ireland Rugby World Cup match that was held in Cardiff that I took my camera down to mingle amongst the crowd in.

All are taken on Fomapan Classic 100 using my Olympus OM-1 and 50mm lens. Please feel free to comment as I was particularly happy with how some of these came out and there were of “character’s” to photograph.

New Toy

Firstly apologies for the terrible quality of the photograph, taken on my phone which I never usually do for serious photo’s, but I’m pretty damn excited to have received this delight in the post today.

Revisiting Old Photograph’s

I thought I’d take today to revisit a photograph or two that have already featured on this blog but featured some time ago, and therefore probably not been seen by the number of people who have taken an interest and/or followed this since they were originally posted. I’ve also posted some new one’s which I can’t figure out why I didn’t post them originally.

So as I’ve spent a large part of today doing homework (yes I am nearly 30 and that sound’s weird to me also) for the Italian classes I’ve been taking I thought I’d go back through some of the photo’s I took when me and my girlfriend visited Rome at the beginning of the year. I absolutely loved that city and it also mean’s I can make a post with that doesn’t involve an Olympus for the first time in a while, all of these were shot on my trusty old Nikon FM with 28mm lens and on Agfa Vista Plus 200 film, I hope you like them because I certainly do.

Street Photography – Cardiff Streets 9

Another day, another post in the Street Photography Cardiff Series, all taken on Olympus OM-1 with 50mm lens on Fomapan Classic 100 film.

Starting off with my favourite image from the roll of film this was taken on; Smoking Girl.

Street Photography – Olympus OM-D EM-5; Six

I’ve come to realise that when I’m wandering around with my camera it’s about more than just nice lighting and people, although ordinary people doing ordinary things is still a big part of my photography. A lot of it is about interesting and different situations or people that I just happen to stumble across, the selection of images in this instalment of my continuing series hopefully show some of that.

All are taken on my Olympus OM-D EM-5 using a 17mm M.Zuiko 1:1.8 lens.
