Street Photography – Olympus OM-D EM-5; 52

Some of you may be aware I visited Italy a few weeks ago, I turned thirty years old and really did not want to do that in the UK so a holiday to the country whose language I’ve been learning for a while seemed a good idea. Anyway while I was there I got the chance to do a little street photography, since being a tourist people practically ignore you snapping away with your camera, this post has a few of the images I took, there’ll be a lot more to come. As usual all taken on my Olympus OM-D Em-5 and either Panasonic Leica Summilux 25mm or M.Zuiko 17mm lenses.

Firenze Sunset

It’s going to take me days of work to go through and pick out the images I like best of the six hundred odd I took in Italia over the last week or so. However I wanted to get this one onto my blog and out as soon as I could as it’s of the nicest sunset I’ve ever witnessed. Apologies for the quality, I think it’s a little noisy and as I would normally take landscape images with my DSLR I would have a set of ND Grad’s and a tripod to use, however I was on holiday so had my smaller lighter Mirrorless Olympus instead of my bulky Nikon.
